Health Plans
We pay 100 percent of monthly medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees, their spouses or domestic partners, and dependent children (up to age 25).
Retirement
We contribute 15 percent of eligible employee compensation to our Money Purchase Plan on a quarterly basis, subject to IRS limitations, to the funds of employee’s choosing. Employees may contribute up to 100 percent of their pre-tax compensation to a 401(k), up to the annual IRS maximum.
Life and Disability Insurance
We pay 100 percent of monthly premiums for life, disability, accident, and business travel insurance.
Matching Charitable Gifts Program
We match employee contributions to eligible charitable organizations 3:1, up to $30,000 per year.
Life Cycle Account
This work-life benefit is available annually and contributes up to $1,500 per year to the cost of education, adoption, music lessons, home computing, health and fitness, financial planning, dependant care, and a home purchase, among other items.
Time Off
Our employees accrue a minimum of 15 days (three weeks) of paid vacation and 12 days of paid sick leave per year. We observe 10 standard holidays and our employees receive three annual floating days.
